Tasting note
Deep, bright amber color with medium saturation. Elegant aromas, shy at first, but with time, mineral, earthy aromas, ripe apples, and spring flowers emerge. Full-bodied for a white wine, but not surprising for an orange wine. Pronounced acidity with perfect tannins, this wine has bite! The flavors are present from the start with the honey and ripe apples emerging and enhancing the experience.
