Tasting note
Golden amber color. Aroma of dried and candied fruits such as mango and apricot, plums, raisins, quince. Lovely balance between fruit, sweetness and acidity. The wine develops in layers of flavors between candied fruits and dried fruits, the acidity combines with some bitter notes due to the slow oxidation in the barrel to bring courage to the wine before leaving us with a beautiful complex finish that lingers on the spicy notes.
