Tasting note
The second limited edition is a portrait of the region in winter with the typical scents and flavours of the season. More than 20 plants and fruits were harvested in the winter of 2021 before being extracted into wine alcohol and blended with local wine. Finally, we balance everything with a touch of locally produced honey.
