Tasting note
The first limited edition is a portrait of the region in autumn, with the typical aromas and flavours of the season. Notes of rockrose and rich honey give way to more delicate flavours, such as mint, lemongrass and bay leaf. On the palate, it is semi-dry with a slight bitter note at the end, to cleanse the palate.
