Tasting note
Intense colour with aromas of black fruit and spices, balsamic, menthol and smoked notes. In the mouth it is fresh, with balanced acidity and pronounced minerality. The tannins are present, but softened by the prolonged ageing in barrels, once again with smoky and spicy notes. A very long and persistent finish.
