Tasting note
Quinta da Carolina is a wine with a slightly extracted profile, seeking the elegance and freshness that an old vineyard exposed to the north can give us. With an open, superficial ruby color, with herbaceous notes combined with fresh fruit on the nose, deep and persistent on the palate with a strong presence of the Douro and notes of ageing in wood. A wine to be enjoyed young, but with a clear aptitude for ageing.
