Bright straw color with citrus reflections. Intense, deep and complex aroma. Notes of white flowers such as lime and honeysuckle, tree fruits such as pears, apricots and white plums. Light spicy notes. On the palate it has an unctuous attack. Balanced acidity that gives it an enormous personality when tasting. Mineral. Long, elegant and crisp finish. A wine with soul.
