Quinta da Foz 1872 150 years Commemorative Edition White

This is a special wine, delicate and, at the same time, complex and different. With a harmony between the firm structure, smooth body and intense complexity of aromas. The colour is citrine, bright, with slight straw tones. On the nose, it is complex, citric, with notes of ripe white fruit and light floral and young fruit aromas, enriched with toasted, sweet aromas with a slight vanilla and “baked” aromas, provided by the aging in wood with batonnage. The texture in the mouth is present with an evident acidity, however, balanced with a well-structured body, with some tannins still alive, which reveal their potential in the bottle. Delicately vibrant, with freshness and strength, with a long and robust finish, calling for good gastronomy.
