Tasting note

- Highly citric and mineral aroma, notes of grapefruit, subtle tropical fruit and wildflowers enhanced by a strong minerality originating from the purely granitic soil, with a very discreet smokiness. Extremely fresh and persistent on the palate with vibrant citric touches that produce a very elegant combination, with a fresh and lasting acidity.
