Tasting note
It has a ruby colour and presents aromas of great quality, balance and harmony in a symphony of cleanliness. Red fruits are present, raspberry, bitter cherry combined with floral notes of violet and more. The complexity given by the more earthy traits and granites harmonise perfectly with notes of wood, which integrate perfectly into the whole. In the mouth, the quality stands out in all aspects, both as fruit and in the tannins, but still has a well-rounded acidity that persists without being painful, transmitting great freshness.
