Tasting note
- It presents a ruby color and displays aromas of excellent quality, balance, and harmony in a symphony of cleanliness. Red fruits are present, raspberry, bitter cherry combined with floral notes of violet. The complexity given by the earthy traces and granites harmonizes perfectly with notes of wood, which integrate seamlessly into the whole. On the palate, quality prevails in all aspects, whether in the fruit or the tannins, yet it still has a well-rounded, persistent acidity without being harsh, conveying excellent freshness.
