Tasting note

Aromatically, it begins with an attractive reduction, notes of gunpowder and chalk, tangerine and subtle fresh floral notes. On the palate, it is very fresh, with excellent acidity, tentatively mineral, a serious profile with good dryness and a serious and austere side that suits it very well.
