- A pure rosé wine, made from a typical grape variety of the Beira Interior region that is at serious risk of extinction. It is the result of harvesting the grape early, for the intended purpose. A rosé wine with a beautiful salmon color, light and fresh on the palate, with a delicate flavor and aroma of slightly unripe blueberry and fresh grapes of the same variety. Elegant, dry, pleasant and uncomplicated.
