- A challenging wine with a unique aroma, blending evolutionary and oxidative notes with hints of tree bark, quince, and ripe lemon. The intense and powerful flavor is almost reminiscent of a "Jerez Fino," dry, serious, with a salty acidity that lingers throughout. A lot of character and presence in a distinctive white wine.
