Tasting note
- Classic, old-school profile, combining breed and austerity, resulting in good intensity coupled with notes of white plum, citrus, and blanched almonds. On the palate, it is tasty, with plenty of freshness, fruit providing body to manifest itself and be present (citrus), and a dry background, all in a package that shows strength and balance.
