- “Out of the bottle” is a wine collection launched with the mission of conveying the unparalleled purity of the Dão region. These are wines resulting from trials and considerations, with a frank and detailed approach to cultivation processes, grape varieties, or practices that enhance the profile of the variety, the region, and the producer. We select the best Encruzado from our vineyards to craft Crudus. It is a wine in true Burgundian style, coming from a specific plot and production method that together allow for the creation of an “aging” white wine with all the tension and longevity characteristic of a great white wine from the Dão region.
