Tasting note
Bright yellow in color, the nose shows great aromatic complexity with white fruit (pear), citrus (lemon peel) and stone fruit (apricot), biscuit and cheese, nuances of white flowers and toast. On the palate, it has great breadth, intense and persistent flavors, very well balanced by acidity. A very gastronomic wine that pairs well with everything from cheeses and fatty fish to pasta with white sauce.
