Tasting note
- Light citrine color. Very exuberant aroma with notes of tropical fruits, especially passion fruit. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with passion fruit notes standing out in harmony with citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon. Acidity very well balanced by aging in wood, which provides complexity and some creaminess. Long and very persistent finish.
