- It presents a very fine, austere mineral aroma, full of fresh lemon notes in harmony with a light smoky character. With good volume in the mouth and very structured, it has a good presence on the palate. The high acidity balances the whole, in a very fine and refreshing profile. Long, markedly mineral finish. It will evolve very well in the bottle.
