- With a beautiful, light violet color, the aroma is very fine, deep, and complex. Notes of wild berries harmonize with an intense mineral profile, where chalky notes stand out in the glass. Despite being very young, its harmony is impressive, with silky tannins enveloped in notes of fresh fruit. Enormous structure and power, the whole ensemble is delicate, elegant, and very refined, thanks to the freshness of the fruit and excellent acidity. A refreshing, almost salty finish, very focused on the limestone terroir. A perfect wine to drink young and appreciate its harmony, but one that will age beautifully.
