Tasting note
- Completely opaque with very short ruby halos. Young but closed nose. Hides a monster of very ripe fruit. High acidity, refreshing on the palate, full-bodied to full-bodied, ripe and super colossal tannins. The fruit is of high quality and in sufficient quantity to be lavish. Redcurrant, blackberry, cassis and some green peppers. Blackcurrant cassis with a sweet touch, short to medium persistence.
