Tasting note
A perfect symbiosis between the Avesso variety and time, enriched by its 6 months of aging on fine lees followed by long bottle maturation. The initial citrus notes evolve into a more intricate bouquet. On the palate, it recalls ripe fruit with a touch of quince, white fruits and a strong mineral character.
