Tasting note
- The aroma immediately reveals its intent: very focused on citrus peel, vegetal notes, with intensity and complexity. Orange zest, grapefruit, many vegetal bitters, vibrant acidity, all enveloped in an immense and creamy body. Very long, citrusy finish. It is a striking, distinctive wine, full of flavor, still very young, with everything it needs to develop in the bottle.
