Tasting note
- Yellow color with greenish hues. Obvious tropical fruits: pineapple, apricot, peach. Notes of freshness: lime and asparagus, which project us towards a modern and international style wine. Light notes of the wood in which it aged, without overpowering the primary fruit that shines through. Great freshness, greatly enhanced by the varietal notes of the Sauvignon Blanc variety. Good balance between volume/fatness in the mouth and the fruit that persists. The use of used barrels gives the wine sophistication, complexity and integration.
