Tasting note
Bright golden-yellow color. The aroma contrasts sharply with the apparent aromatic evolution suggested by the color, with mineral, floral, somewhat chemical notes, unripe fruit pulp, and a vegetal hint from the aging process, along with slight oxidative notes. On the palate it has structure, is almost "tannic," very dry but very fresh and with an acidity uncharacteristic for the Alentejo region, finishing long and persistent and being very versatile at the table.
