- The 2024 Quinta do Noval Nacional Vintage Port reveals a very deep, almost opaque colour and a nose of great complexity, marked by ripe wild berries, black cherry and plum, wrapped in notes of dark chocolate, liquorice and various spices. On the palate, the wine is dense, concentrated and highly precise, combining depth with great purity of fruit, ample tannins and a freshness that provides definition and tension. The balance achieved in the vineyard throughout the 2024 cycle gives the wine exceptional harmony and definition. The finish is very long, precise and persistent. A Nacional of great structure and distinction, made for very long ageing.
