Tasting note

- Intense garnet color. Enormous complexity and depth. It presents notes of spices, tobacco (black pepper), accompanied by notes of Mediterranean vegetation, and a light tar. Very elegant on the palate, with a firm but polished tannin structure. Complex, with excellent acidity, giving it great gastronomic aptitude.
