Tasting note
Deep ruby color. Intense and concentrated in black fruit and mint, perfectly integrated with aromas of spices and toasted wood, resulting from prolonged barrel aging. A very structured wine, with great volume on the palate that is balanced by a unique freshness imparted by our terroir. The prolonged barrel aging has polished its tannins so that they are present, but in an elegant way, allowing for an endless finish.
