Bright lemon-yellow color. Complex and very elegant, highlighting citrus notes, white-fleshed fruit, and subtle floral notes in perfect harmony with aromas of barrel toast and beeswax, imparted by aging in barrels and progressive battonage. A structured and creamy wine, but with an elegance typical of our terroir. Its vibrant acidity and subtle saline touch allow for a very long and persistent finish.
