Tasting note
- With a beautiful pale amber color, it presents aromas of pear and green apple in perfect balance with some notes of caramel and honey. Some almond notes enrich the aroma due to aging in wood. The balance between sugar and acidity is excellent, leading us, on the one hand, to fresh and citrusy sensations and, on the other, to the complexity of wines that have aged in barrels. The finish is persistent, fresh and complex.
