Tasting note
Citrus yellow, greenish, clear and bright, aroma of lychees, roses, and lemon. White-fleshed fruit, floral notes, pollen, has a very intense and pleasant bouquet. It mixes citrus and green notes with the sweet aroma of pollinating fruit tree flowers. On the palate, very fresh and mineral, the acidity is elegant and lingering. Leaves the mouth watering. Very balanced.
