Tasting note
- It has a vibrant, crystalline yellow color. The first aroma we encounter is well-integrated barrel notes. The wine presents white stone fruits such as apricot and peach, reminiscent of the great wines of the Dão region. Citrus fruits add some freshness to the nose. It has a pleasant breadth and a large volume on the palate that accompanies the tasting from beginning to end. It is a wine with some bitterness at the end, characteristic of gastronomic wines that pair very well with food. It has a long and persistent finish.
