Tasting note
A citrusy wine, straw yellow in color, with a very intense aroma, featuring initial notes of ripe tropical fruit that linger. The acidity is very well integrated and crisp, which, together with the unctuousness resulting from two months of regular batonnage, gives this wine a remarkable persistence.
