Tasting note
Aromas of ripe fruit, balanced with some hints of vegetal notes, such as rockrose. This description faithfully reflects the location of the vineyards, which benefit from the influence of the Varosa River valley and some surrounding forest, all enhanced by the high temperature variations throughout the growing season. The wine is aged primarily in stainless steel. This combination reveals great harmony, some silkiness, a balanced acidity with a persistent and lingering finish.
