Quinta do Vale Dona Maria Vinha do Rio Tinto

- It's a red wine of incredibly deep color. There are shades of deep violet, purple, and dark red. This wine is made from a 100-year-old vine that gives rise to a concentrated wine, full of aromas of ripe red fruits, with a high complexity and elegance that only such a vineyard can create. There is a certain mature attitude in this wine that shows aromas of raspberries, plums, and black cherries, combined with fresh notes of rockrose; none of these flavors are very obvious or overtly open, but appear with understated elegance as the wine flows across the palate and evolves in the glass.
