Quinta do Vesuvio Capela do Vesuvio Vintage Porto 2016

- The noble maturation typical of Vesuvio is felt, but with even more complexity and class, with a very distinctive character. Quiet in its aroma, in an austere register, it demands patience and needs time. It slowly reveals hints of rockrose, rosemary, a touch of eucalyptus, reserving notes of dark fruit for long evolution in the bottle. Firm, tense and polished tannins, a full body enveloped in velvet, it is not a super elegant wine but more than compensates with its enormous character, with an endless finish, leaving bitter and vigorous aftertastes.
