Tasting note
- It has fine body and acidity, with a unique aging potential. With a straw-yellow hue, this wine presents a sophisticated and subtle bouquet, in which white fruits, floral notes, and notes of oak perfectly integrated from its time in the barrel predominate. On the palate, it displays a lively attack, fine acidity, a full body, and the unmistakable mineral component so typical of the Encruzado grape variety, alongside excellent harmony and a long, balanced finish.
