Quinta dos Frades Dona Sylvia White

A Douro white with very expressive fruit and a touch of vanilla/toast imparted by the oak. The goal is always to be a benchmark white wine in the Douro valley. With a medium-depth lemon-yellow appearance. Pronounced aroma of grapefruit and mint, with light vanilla and toasted notes from new oak barrels. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with vibrant acidity and citrus and some tropical fruit tones, all intertwined with very fine and elegant aromas from the high-quality wood; dry, long, and mineral finish.
