Tasting note
- A magnificent tawny color with orange hues. The bottom of the glass is bright, with traces of tawny red that evolve into a greenish halo characteristic of old wines aged in barrels. It has an admirably elegant aroma. At first, it is warm and charming. Aromas of vanilla and dried fruits and nuts appear immediately as a result of its aging process. With swirling of the glass, aromas of spices, such as cinnamon and cocoa, become prominent. Silky and long-lasting on the palate. A flavor of dried fruits like almond and hazelnut is followed by a surprising and pleasant freshness produced by ethereal flavors, culminating with a taste of licorice.
