Tasting note
- A deep and wonderful purple color. The flavor is intense, vibrant, and spicy with some notes of cedar and cinnamon. Soft and silky, and when the glass is broken, flavors like currant, gooseberry, and clove emerge, revealing a pleasant floral aroma. On the palate, the start is strong and full-bodied. Dense, fine tannins provide good structure and excellent constitution. Due to this perfect balance, persistence, and fleshiness, which make it memorable, it may also have aromas of ripe fruit and some chocolate and cocoa.
