Tasting note
A very complex rum, resulting from a final blend of seven rums with different age indications and aging stages in different barrels. Younger, fresher, floral rums with a 5-year indication were selected, as well as older rums with 9-year indications with more fruity notes, with the rum with the highest age indication used in the blend being 29 years old.
