Tasting note
When tasting, Rosa da Mata presents a greenish-yellow colour, reflecting its ageing in wood. On the nose, there is an exuberant perfume and sweet flowers such as white rose, some fruit such as tangerine and lime, and a lot of freshness. Fernão Pires is characterised by being a very fragrant grape variety and this is evident in this wine. In the mouth, it gradually gains volume, with an elegant structure.
