Tasting note
Visually clear and bright, with a very elegant pink colour. Aroma of fresh red fruit, with raspberry and cherry standing out, though with the presence of some floral notes that add complexity to the aromatic profile. On the palate, it reveals itself to be firm, with excellent breadth, texture and a well-focused aromatic presence. The acidity is crackling, structuring in a balanced way a harmonious and gastronomic wine. It finishes long and persistent.
