Tasting note

Foot-trodden in lagares (traditional stone troughs), it has the aromatic expression of the best Touriga from the Douro, with the grape's fruit clearly recognizable, despite its natural concentration. Solid but polished tannins, full body and an unexpected citrusy acidity that refreshes and balances the whole. Very good.
