Tasting note
Slightly open ruby colour. Intense and very complex aroma, with notes of shrubs and fennel, spices such as pepper, cloves and nutmeg, hints of white truffles, bright red fruits such as cherries, stony and with a discreet woodiness. On the palate, it has a smooth attack, round tannins, vibrant acidity, spicy and shrubby notes, red fruits and a very long and elegant finish.
