Sharish Laurinius Gin is a Limited Edition that has been aged for 1 year in Lourinhã grape brandy barrels. It is a version of the original Sharish Gin, in which the Bravo de Esmolfe apple is replaced by the Western Rocha pear and an extra botanical, bay leaf, is added in homage to Lourinhã.
