- Revirado is a complex, captivating wine that initially surprises but then becomes ingrained in you. On the nose, the aroma is closed, reminiscent of burnt matches, showing the profile of an Alvarinho with some reduction. On the palate, this wine presents a markedly mineral profile due to the salinity felt given its origin in high-altitude vineyards, and a unique complexity amplified by aging in oak barrels.
