Tasting note
With a vibrant ruby colour, it expresses the rigour of mountain winemaking, at an altitude of around 700 metres, where warm days and cool nights favour slow and balanced maturation. The deep aromas of dark fruits and subtle notes of earth and spices stand out, while the firm, well-structured tannins give way to an enveloping and persistent freshness. The long, mineral finish reflects the authenticity of the granite soils.
