Tasting note
The first edition of the Teixinha Tava Branco Field Blend stands out for its very mineral nose, restrained in the fruit but incisive on the palate, where it demonstrates good tension and a very fine and complex texture with several layers. Like its “brother” aged in stainless steel, it is also a good example of the potential of the Serra de São Mamede in Portalegre.
