Tasting note
- Light straw color with a green rim. Aroma: Intense notes of ripe apricot and pink grapefruit. Palate: Mineral flavors with white peach skin and apricot. Rich, full-bodied finish resulting from prolonged aging in barrels and contact with the lees. Will improve immensely with bottle age.
